Womb Massage

Womb Massage is a deep; yet gentle, non invasive abdominal (stomach) and sacral (lower back) therapy that focuses on improving circulation to the abdominal organs, with an aim to improve blood, nerve and lymph flow. It physically releases deep tension it also re-opens blocked energy paths and can release blocked chi, or life force, that has accumulated due to pent-up emotions.

Womb Massage encourages self-care. After the treatment I will teach you  a simple self abdominal massage to perform at home to keep the muscles and ligaments in their new, healthy position. And I will also teach you how to use castor oil packs and steam herbal bath.

After receiving this treatment you will feel rested, connected, and empowered.

What to expect?

Before the treatment we do a consultation checking for any contraindications. I offer moxa to warm your womb. You will then be asked to lie on your back for a rocking rebozo massage.

I will then massage the abdominal area, which includes the digestive system and area around the lower pelvis.  I will also provide selfcare and homecare advice after the treatment.

During the treatment you may feel some discomfort or tenderness or textures in certain parts of body been worked on. This is completely normal and helps to release energy and realign the body.

This treatment is not suitable:

  • Just before or during a bleed
  • If you have coil fitted
  • During first trimester of pregnancy
  • If you’ve had a recent abdominal surgery
  • If you have any infection or high temperature

6 sessions : £750 

Travel & travel fees: Travel within 10 miles of SW20 8JP is included. The Congestion Charge applies to appointments within Zone 1. A £20 travel fee applies to locations 10–20 miles away, and a £50 travel feeapplies to locations more than 20 miles away, up to a maximum driving time of 1 hour 30 minutes. Locations requiring more than 1 hour 30 minutes’ driving time are outside my service area.
